Cimid S.r.l.

The CIMID Ltd. company, was established in 1989 by the founder Domenico Valentini and another local businessman  who, since the '70s, had shared the ownership and management of another business. 

 

The experience of the partners is linked to the evolution of the territory after the establishment of large industrial complexes such as SIV (Italian Society of Glass), Magneti Marelli, the 'AGIP and Sevel: in fact participate in the construction of infrastructure, in the installation of the equipment and in the periodic maintenance of the same.


With the advent of the second generation born to the two entrepreneurs need to take different paths and, in 1994, Valentini’s family acquires the entire capital of CIMID Ltd. company. Since that date, thanks to the commitment, perseverance and professionalism of Mr. Valentini Domenico, his family and associates, CIMID Ltd. has developed and expanded the range of products and services and consolidating getting steadily, year after year, l 'appreciation of the most important industries in the world. 


The headquarter is located in the Abruzzo, Italy, in the industrial area of the city of San Salvo (Chieti), 2 km from the highway A14 of "Vasto SUD- San Salvo" (in addition to the photos factory would love to have the map google + gps coordinates ) while in the industrial area of Val Di Sangro (Ch) and Gissi (Ch) are two other detachments productive. Globalization has imposed to CIMID to "look forward", in time and space, and to be present with more encouraging results every year, on the international markets, especially the North American and European, while still firmly rooted in the local context.

HOW WE WORK

In the model so called "contract" is the customer who makes a specific request following which are detailed specifications that the product or service must possess and the performance to need to get. Normally it is the customer who provides the technical documentation, but if these are not available, the office provides technical support for the definition of the technical specifications on which to base the commercial offer. Once CIMID gets the job, it will be developed and submitted to the customer in the various steps of execution in order to give him the opportunity to monitor progress and to make any improvements during construction. This logic of "continuous communication" with the customer is carried out during all stages of the development of the order, to delivery, inclusive of installation and training of personnel. The model so-called "on demand" is normally used for the provision of services and, in any case, when the characteristics of the product-service are not fully evaluable advance. With the customer is a framework contract value, without any constraint, which defines the economic values (example hourly rates for labor) which should be accounted for variable factors actual implementation (such as the number of hours labor actually used or the amount of materials). In this way the customer has the ability to decide when to use the service, monitor progress, spending and results. Even with the model "on demand" the technical office is always available for technical advice, designs, drawings, choosing the most suitable materials and, in any case, to provide support activities to the customer at 360 degrees.
